The Executive Office for Legislative Archives, Presidential Libraries, and Museum Services, within the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), works closely with the Director of Presidential Libraries to administer a nationwide network of Presidential Libraries.
Presidential Libraries are not libraries in the usual sense. They bring together, in one place, the documents and artifacts of a President and his administration and present them to the public for study and discussion without regard for political considerations or affiliations.
Presidential Libraries and Museums, like their holdings, belong to the American people.
In September 2021, Agileana was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by NARA to provide digital design and development services to the National Archives, which is responsible for maintaining the Presidential Libraries. NARA decided to leverage Drupal as its content management system (CMS) of choice to power its websites that are visited more than 25 million times annually.

The period of performance was 30 Sep 2021 through 29 Sep 2022. Agileana successfully delivered the firm-fixed price (FFP) contract on time and on schedule. The Trump Library was built in Drupal 9.
